Automatic Drying Machine This machine has been conceived to dry dyed edges of belts, straps, shoulder-straps, and bands in general made of leather or of synthetic material. The machine is equipped whit a transport belt driven by a asynchronous motor controlled by an inverter to adjust the speed, a digital electronic thermo regulator to adjust the internal temperature. Drying cabinet TGV 20 is equipped with 4 heated fan. Machine can get various options: conveyor guide for belts, straps etc; inking device RC200, set up to paint loops and other small particulars, from holder for products TARC500.
	Automatic Lines for Belts Edge Finishes Working line for finishing the edges of strips TECNO SYSTEM 20, is the result if the experience made by each individual unit makes up this system. It allow the operator to work the edge of belts, and of shoulder- straps for bags made of leather or of synthetic material and unlike the other working system we build, it allows the operator to obtain a good finishing without varying the width of the inserted band and by considerably saving of material.
The facility to learn how to use the machines, the reduced overall dimension and the possibility to combine and increase this structure also after buying it, are the main features of this line. The operator will only insert the band to be rounded off and brushed into the machine model FC2E+AP by means of easily interchangeable tools that are diversified according to the material to be worked; then it passes into dyeing unit model RC105 and into the drying oven TGV20. The band is then recovered in the gathering center model R1. Also in that working line it is possible to choose most suitable collector between our version R1, version R5L (with a further side conveyor), version R5S where there is the big advantage that also tip side could be painted and dried.
Belt Edge Trimming with Shaped Knives The machine model RCB SPECIAL (model as per picture) is used to round-off edges of belts, shoulder-straps for bags and bands in general made of leather or of synthetic material. This operation is performed by means of specially shaped knives. Machine includes a speed variator for transport, vacuum for scraps (it becomes version RCB SPECIAL + ATR), set of knives shaped with 100mm length and one set of feed roller. By request it is possible to have transport starting and controlled by pedal. If necessary it is possible to get just head of the machine without vacuum for scraps. It is possible to choose between AFL and AFL MINI sharpeners for a correct sharpening of knives.
Inking Unit for Edges This machine has been conceived to give an uniform painting on the edges of straps (straight lines, curved or irregular pieces) made of leather or synthetic materials, as well as tags and watch-straps. The machine is equipped with two independent colouring units which are adjustable in height, distance and elasticity, work surface support adjustable in height and interchangeable with other forms, adjustable feed speed with inverter. Innovative feature even if common as all other inking center manufactured by GALLI S.p.a. is the easy replacement of the entire inking bracket that includes also the inking tank. The extreme elasticity (adjustable) of the two inking brackets enables painting of shaped products not parallel; such as shoulder straps for bags, tags, watch straps etc. Available as optional kit for painting small and narrow particular.
Manual Burnishing Edge LS04 The machine mod LS04 is a workable machine, constructed to satisfy the recruitment to burnish leather edges or combined, already coloured by warm tools. Her use is very easy and immediate. The tool temperature is controlled by a feeler directly on heating easing. It earns perfectly that registered on thermo regulator and can get over 250º C
Automatic and Electronic Milling and Brushing Machine for Belts Machine designed to process belt edges and borders of shoulder-straps for handbags in leather, skin and synthetics. The instantaneous rounding off of both borders and eventual polishing are the features of this type of machine. There is a big variety of tools you can use in combination in order to get the proper edge requested; those are easy fit on their special supports. The machine is equipped with two stations for edges adjustable on all positions and speed variation for belt's introduction. Plus on the front side there unit AP designed especially to mill, polish tips, or other particular shaped. All working stations are equipped with vacuum for dust. With this version it is possible to diversify tools, for example place on front station main tools to "round off" edges, and in the rear one polishers or similar for "cleaning"; that operation without keep on changing tools at each passage. Operator has to prepare the tip on AP unit, introduces belt into proper guides and meanwhile he is waiting for complete passage of the first belt he can immediately pass to prepare tip of second one and so on. Machine can be equipped with inkers produced by M/S Galli S.p.a.: model RC 105 for edges and model RC 150 for tip. Main feature of those inking units is that they can be removed for cleaning without any keys and very practically. There is a variety of shape for the inking wheels.
Oil Dynamic Cutting Machine Machine design to carry out at the same time cutting of tip and holes on belts, shoulder-straps for handbags and straps in general. By simply replacing the cutting device it is possible to cut the end section (buckle side). The machine is provided with double safety push-buttons, counter for pieces, a front holder for straps; an holder for tools with metric size for an easy positioning; a side holder for belt or strap adjustable in length and also with metric size; pneumatic air cleaning on table. Machine can also be provided with some extra features such as an "led pointer" as reference for cutting; a kit including guides and toolings to succeed in cutting "lady's belts, curved one's.
Manual Loop Cutter This manual machine is designed to cut strips in general. Particularly suitable to cut loops for belts, shoulder- straps for bags, etc.
Manual Stapler This manual machine makes easier the closing of loops, belts and shoulders-straps for bags by means of a decorative staple.
Single Edge Inking Machine for Leather Goods (Manual Inker) This machine has been developed to paint edges of any shape particular such as tags, watch straps, wallets etc. Machine is having an easy replacement of the entire inking tool for cleaning or change for another shape inking roller (we suggest to have one inking tool complete for any different shape roller). We have available various shape inking rollers. By request it is possible to supply a narrow inking roller of a small diameter for all products that carry on narrow curves
Brushing Unit Machine designed for polishing on the edges for small products made in leather or synthetic material. We have available many different accessories for edge finishing such as mills, abrasive wheels, brushes, etc. to be chosen as per material to be worked. This is a single polishing unit that can be add to FCE e FC2E of our production. This unit could be used alone also on a bench separately from our polishers FCE o FC 2E.
Manual Straight Folding Machine 350 mm with Hot Press Line The linear folding machines is used the leatherwear field. it can be used for the majority of folding work. It has two ways of working by using the standards plate, normal folding work can be done, by using the plate with scale, a line near the folded edge can be marked by heat while folding. the regulations of the machine allow folding of edges of 2 to 15 mm, width with thickness of materials from 0.1 to 6 mm the temperature of the scale is electronically controlled with variations at 0 C to 150 C and can be placed from 0 to 3 mm from the edge.
